I can't say enough positive about this shop. I do need to precede this to say that I have never even spoke to any of... the gentlemen working there, or stepped foot into the shop itself.Last week my mom drove from London to come visit me in Wainfleet, she just began getting comfortable with the long drive and sure enough on her way here she got a flat tire. In a panic, she didn't know where to go or who to call so she drove to the closest shop; being Jay Summers. She had her dog with her and was so pleased with how friendly everyone was at the shop. They even offered water to her dog to make sure she was taken care of too. The guys worked hard and quick to get her car turned around for her by the following day. They really went above and beyond to turn what could have ruined her day into an overall really positive experience, which was also a huge relief for myself, knowing my mom was in good hands.Thank you guys for being so proactive and for helping my mom out in such short notice!read more
